Android KitKat aka Android 4.4 unveiled by Google

Do you love KitKat? Most of us do. In India, it’s promoted with the slogan, “KitKat break banta hain” meaning “KitKat break is a must.” Ontopic, it seems like Google employees working for the Android department love KitKat and in a surprise move, the company revealed that the next version of Android – Android4.4 will be called KitKat, not Key Lime Pie.

BBC UK reported about it yesterday. This move was seen as a marketing coup for Nestle, the Swiss Food and beverage maker who make KitKat chocolate bars. But, John Lagerling, director of Android global partnerships, told the BBC that this was something “fun and unexpected” and “This is not a money-changing-hands kind of deal.”

Nestle will be selling KitKats with Android mascots, probably worldwide. Check the image below:-
