iBall Andi4a Projector Phone launched for Rs.18999
iBall has been working on a projector phone in the Andi Series since some time now and has launched “the world’s first mobile phone with 35 lumen projector”. The launch was tweeted about 3 hours ago on their Official Twitter Page and the official website also has been updated with the details for this handset.
As for the looks, this one looks similar to other Andi smartphones in certain areas. Considering the specs, I am only “satisfied.” iBall Andi 4a comes with a 4-inch IPS WVGA Display with 233 PPI. The phone holds a Dual Core 1GHz Cortex A9 processor. While they haven’t revealed the CPU model, they call it ‘powerful.’ Let’s hope for the best there. With 4 GB ROM and 512 MB RAM, Andi4a comes out of the box with Android 4.1 Jellybean. The rear shooter will be an 8 MP AF Camera with LED flash and there’s a front camera for video calling for which no more information has been provided. The power house is a 1550 mAh Battery.
Connectivity options includes 3G and HSDPA; WiFi; Bluetooth and it’s a Dual SIM phone with both of them supporting GSM networks.
The specs of the projector has also been detailed on the official website like this:-
LED Power: 1 (no fan)
LED Channel: Dual RGB Channel
Focus mode: Manual
Projector Size: 32“／m
Projector Resolution: VGA 640X480
Since it has a projector, iBall will be bundling a Tripod with the smartphone at no extra cost. (4)
