Xolo Q1000S “Slim Smartphone” revealed for Rs.18999
The pictures on Facebook were thought to be Xolo Q1110, but turns out it was actually Xolo Q1000S which was our first assumption. Anyways, Xolo launched the slim smartphone it has been teasing since some days now. The Phone is 6.98 mm thin which though still thicker than Vivo X3 is not bad.
Xolo Q1000S will be powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core MT6589T processor, 1 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. Like most phones in the Q Series, this one will also have a PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The GPU Clock Speed hasn’t been revealed yet. It has a 5-inch IPS HD display with the usual One Glass Solution running on a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. On the rear portion, you can see the 13 MP Camera with BSI 2 Sensor and the front-facing Camera will be a 5 MP shooter with BSI Sensor. Out of the box, the phone will have Android 4.2 Jellybean. For the powerhouse, this phone has a 2500 mAh Battery under the hood. One thing to notice is that this phone only has a single SIM slot and no memory card slot i.e., no expandable memory options.
Since the phone has an MT6589T processor, it supports Full HD Recording and playback. The HSPA+ supports 42 Mbps Download and 11.5 Mbps Upload rates. The Smartphone will be made available for Rs.18999, which I think is a bit high. We’ll report when the phone hits stores online.

UPDATE - With a little research, I found that Xolo Q1000S is a rebranded version of Cherry Cosmos S. (0)
